where do I start? + how do i book?

For wedding day of management services, just complete the form on our CONTACT page + we will get back to you ASAP! As for rentals- here’s a few bits of information for you! :)

We’ve made this super simple! You may browse our services and rental collection, send us a note on what you’re looking for and we will set up a meeting to discuss your options and have a rental list ready for you.
A 50% non-refundable initial payment will be required for all rental bookings to secure the items.
Rental rates are per day.
Remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event date.
Rental bookings can be cancelled but please note the initial payment is non-refundable.

is there a minimum order? + can i view your collection?

Yes we do require a minimum $75 order.
Absolutely! Since we have limited inventory and space, we would book viewings by appointment only.

do you deliver?
+ what happens if something gets broken or lost?

Yes, delivery is definitely an option. We do charge a flat rate of $10 delivery + pick up within the Metro Vancouver region and $20 for delivery + pick up to the Fraser Valley region. Anything beyond these areas, let us know and we can create a quote.
We charge a fee of 5 times the rental cost of the broken/lost item to replace our stemware/pressed glassware.
For many of our vintage items such as vases and brass candlestick holders, we would charge a fee of 9 times the rental for lost/damaged items.
